The global Covid 19 pandemic has affected us all and we understand the frustrations that come with this.

We will always endeavour to fill your order as quickly as possible.

However a number of factors exist (including Covid restrictions and increased parcel volumes & delivery times) that have the potential to cause delays with some orders. This typically only occurs in a minority of cases. If your order is affected by this, please accept our apologies and rest assured that we are working hard to fill your order as quickly as possible.

Similarly with installation, a variety of rules, restrictions and Public Health Orders are mandated from time to time. These can vary from State to State and even from LGA to LGA and may cause delays to the scheduling and/or completion of your installation.

We have a Covid Safety Plan in place. Our installers are required to comply with all rules, restrictions and Public Health Orders at all times. This includes restrictions to movement and travel as well as the use of masks & hand sanitiser etc and social distancing while on site. Therefore we also require all customers to comply with these rules to ensure the safety of our installers.

While vaccination remains a choice for each individual, Leisuretek strongly recommends and encourages all installers and customers to be fully vaccinated. We also recognise the right of individuals to refuse entry to any premises if a person is not fully vaccinated and does not have a valid exemption. This right of refusal applies to customers and installers alike. If such refusal occurs, this is likely to result in your installation not proceeding and in some cases, being cancelled altogether.
NB: In most non-metropolitan areas, we have only one local installer so a non-vaccination refusal may leave us with no option but to cancel the installation booking altogether.

Non-vaccination related cancellations will be a) cancelled without penalty or liability to/by either party, and b) offered a full refund if prepaid.
