We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of your returned item, the item will be inspected to ensure that is has been returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If the inspection determines that this is not the case and the item has not been returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. a restocking fee may be applied or your return declined.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Upon the successful submission of your order, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you.
All orders are typically shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your paid-in-full order. Shipping time may increase during peak or high volume periods.
You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
ORIGIN OF DELIVERIES
Our stock is held at multiple warehouses within Australia, including Third-Party facilities. Your shipping charge will be calculated from the applicable location and your order will be shipped from the applicable warehouse in each case.
If stock is held at separate warehouses, your order may be split and shipped separately depending on the location of stock of each item purchased.
Unless specified otherwise, all orders will be shipped via one of our preferred freight carriers.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: This is available on selected items only as marked and applies to domestic orders within Australia only.
We are an Online Store only and we do not have any bricks & mortar stores so In-store pickup is not available.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER/DELIVERY
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name and Order Number, and we will investigate this for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Australia Post is only one of many freight carriers that we may use to ship your order.
Most freight carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes so we require all orders to provide a street address to enable non-Australia Post deliveries.
In some cases, delivery times can be affected by external factors beyond our control.
These factors can include, but are not limited to, high volumes in peak periods, severe weather events, industrial action, Public Health Orders and Government imposed movement restrictions, etc.
